I've generated AVIRIS Rayleigh tables for almost the full suite of AVIRIS native bands. Next step is to update the AVIRIS reader so that it conforms to the bands that I'm assuming. There are 224 AVIRIS channels, but some are duplicates corresponding to the overlapping spectrographs. I ultimately chose 200 bands, skipping the following: 32 667.56 33 654.79 96 1262.46 97 1252.77 160 1871.78 161 1865.96 207 2326.4 through 224 I'm assuming band centers from recently acquired data. Of the 224 bands listed, 6 bands deleted to resolve duplication, and 19 longest wavelengths deleted as I don't have solar data above 2400 and Zia codes are hard-coded to max 200 bands (easy fix, but no need, max PACE band is 2250). AVIRIS reader needs to ignore the same bands. I generated the tables by using the specified band centers and band widths that came with the data.
